Can I apply for rehabilitation application to Canada after 5-6 years that I'll be in my home country in Europe. I was deported from USA for aggravated felony this January 2012 (theft, has 6 month jail) but I do have a girlfriend in Canada and I want to know if there is hope to ever go to Canada or none and the USA felony will follow all my life. I'm 23 years old and had lived in states for 15 years before deportation. Is to soon to ask but Ineed some answers. Please help if you know something now, I know laws change but its good to know anything about this.
