Let child go with father and he will not provide address
My child's father and I separated a week ago (we were never married). We have a 2 yr old son and I have physical custody (no court order). We were in the process of creating a parenting plan but our communication failed. My child's father found a room to rent over the Internet 3 days ago and would like to take my son for the next 7 days but will not provide me or my family with the address where h and my son will be living. Can he do that? Do I have to let my child go?

You currently have equal rights, but since the child lives with you, until a court orders otherwise you do not have to let him go. If the court asks why, you can answer that he refused to give you his address.
