    What rights do I have in Arkansas as an aunt?

    My brothers 1st ex-wife is sending her child, my 16 year old niece, to live with my brothers 2nd ex-wife's sister. The mother of my 16 year niece lives in Kansas and the 2nd ex-wife's siser lives in Arkansas.
