Noticed ice cream was like a milkshake. Took of panel defrosted coils turned back on and freezer is only 25 degrees fridge is 40decrees fan under the ice maker is loud. Fan was replaced 1.5years ago. Now ice maker won't make ice either. Ice /water button on front panel sticking too.

Check the condenser coils. They are most likely full of dirt. If you do not clean them the compressor will burn up. Remove rear and front access panels and spray coils down with spray cleaner and wash off with sprayer on water hose. Do this twice a year or replace refrigerator often.
