My ac unit outside blower fan quit working everything else work but the blower fan. I was getting ready for work and notice the air was from the fan only then it stop blowing all together. I can turn the blower by hand and I have shut the power off to it and everything but still can't get it to run or kick on what else is there to do or how can I repair it?

Most likely you will need to replace the motor and capacitor. There are 1/4 hp and 1/2 hp motors depending on the size of the unit. Take it out and go to an HVAC parts house and get a new one. It's an easy job if you know the basics of electricity.
