We live in Arkansas. My sister has 3 children. 1 is partially deaf and the youngest has several disabilities. They were taken for medical neglect. Her case worker passed away. He was helping her learn a lot. Now she has a new case worker who I feel is setting her up for failures. She wants my sister to get a 3 bedroom . She has tried. My sister is on disability herself and can't afford a home that will pass in this woman's eyes.

Her chances are slim... she already lost them for cause and the only way she's getting them back is to jump through the hoops put in front of her.
