On implanon for 18 months and I'm plus sized.have had regular period the whole time until two weeks ago I started spotting and still to this day I'm spotting. Took hpt negative results. But I feel bloated and nauseated most the time.I have a 27 month old and I bleed through out the first part of the pregnancy with him.as well I have had some tenderness in the breast and cramping feeling and backache.
