I served time for unlawful wounding and violated by nringing back a misdemeanor am I going to jail?

If the judge decieds to send you back you are going... I think the likelihood is high.

Will I have to do all the time I had on papers even if I had 3 months left on papers?

If they violate you they can send you back to serve your entire sentence had probation not been given... even if it was 2 days before it it was completed.

All depends on what you did... what you were on probation for... and how much it irks the presiding judge that day.
