My speedgauge and rpm gauge, signal lights and seatbelts temp gauge and windows all stopped working checked all fuses they seem to be fine please HELP

Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. Visual inspection is not good enough. Test for power through the fuse. If there's no power to some of the under dash fuses, the ignition switch may be bad.
