Red lock light flashing. Have tried everything I have read on line to fix to no aveal nothing works. HELP

I have a Kenmore 665 Ultra wash Dishwasher with the same problem. I tried pressing all the wash settings & found the "Water Heat" button was the one that seemed to be "stuck". I turned off the circuit breaker for 10 minutes. Turned it back on & held the water heat button down for 20 seconds. It stayed lit & I turned on the normal wash setting button & it started to operate normally. Hope this helps. If not let me know for more details.
