I have my tubes tied and I'm10 days late I took a test and it was negative so I just really want to know if I could be pregnant I also have morning I can't really eat anything besides fruits

The odds of pregnancy are very small, but they do exist. That's all we can tell you! 10 days is too soon to give a positive. There are other reasons you can skip a period and feel sick, of course. All you can do is wait and keep testing.
