I have an lv window ac unit. The fan works in all speeds and I have checked the filter and cleaned it. When I change the setting to cool, I hear a click, but the compressor never engages. Could this be a bad capacitor? It's unit is a little over a year old and has worked fine up until today. I have not made any changes to the room it's in or the unit itself. Can you help?
