Actually its more like you have a serious UTI or Kidney infection. Happens to a lot of girls after they have sex. A trip to the doctors some antibiotics and some pain killers should do the trick.

Normally at a few days, you are not going to feel "pain" or about anything. You could on pregnancy have the spotting.

You did not say how new ovulaton this was, what type of birth control methods you are using ?
