My fiancé been on the (run) for a few years now and it just caught up with him. He is now locked up waiting on a different city to come get him on a probation violation charge with a trespassing charge, he said he has 5yrs over his head but what do you think will happen??

He will serve ever minute he would have gotten in jail had he not been on probation... PLUS any time the Criminal Trespass might bring. And being he was a fugitive... its unlikely he will be bonded out too.
