I have the spirit of fear when driving a car. I have been driving for the past 10years and I started developing this fear this year. I haven't had any accident. What may be wrong with my mind

I would suggest therapy.

What seems to bother you the most? Finding your way to a destination? Other vehicles on the road? Too much going on from all sides? Something else?
