Were to get help for my aunt that is 62 that has rhemothod art.

Is she disabled? Homebound? What kind of help does she need?

She is disabled and she only gets $1019. A month and she only has $56.00 left at the end of the month for grocery and gas for her car to get to doctors

Does she have a mortgage or rental costs? Otherwise, where is all her money going?

Has she applied for disability (start with her doctor)? Or is this monthly amount disability?

Does she get help from food pantries and local charities?

$1019 isn't that bad; thousands of disabled get a lot less. She needs to find public housing based on income, apply for food stamps, reduce her car insurance coverage, maybe get a roommate.
(I don't believe that she can buy enough food to live on with only $56/mo, never mind gas as well.)
