    Plastic water lines in house
I am building a custom home and one of the water lines in my 2nd bath was pushed into a nail, I can feel with my finger, exterior damage to the line and I am unsure if the nail punctured it or not. I have asked for it to be replaced but just in case it is not; should I be concerned that the line will have future problems if it is not replaced?

    Thanks

Absolutely you need to be concerned... ;)

It takes so little to repair this questionable issue now... can create so much DAMAGE later, so just insist that the repair be made. Since you can figure it wasn't the plumber and it is hard to say what company caused the issue I would just tip the plumber $20.00 and be done with this so you can sleep easily in your new home!

    Good luck!
