I want to know if I can trace serial number to distributor, would that tell me who installed this unit at my house in Greenville, :SC. I need them to come look at their work and help me bring this unit up to snuff.

Just call anyone who can do this work... if you know someone that has someone in mind they are happy with.

It doesn't HAVE to be the people that installed it.
