I have been breaking out sporadicaly with little blisters on just my hand and my ankles. They are starting to recur more often now. I have removed ALL scented products, laundry soap, body soap, lotions and it continues to occur. Is this hives or is it something else?

And you haven't been to a dermitologist yet for tests?

No. This has only starte to occur in the past 3 months.

I'd have gone the second day it happened...

I'm willing to bet you developed an allergy to something in your environment. Asssuming nothing new was introduced at that time.

And quite honestly it can be almost anything if its an allergy.

Blisters about the size of the little ball in the tip of a ball point pen, right?
