In the state of Connecticut is a 3 year lease binding. I make a mistake and gave a 3 year to someone and I really wanted to give them a 2 year lease. What can I do

Yes... its binding... you can either ask the tenant to allow an amendment, offer them money to allow an amendment... or deal with it and learn to proofread things next time.
