I've had crohn's for about a year now and just started throwing up blood.. my question is could it have been from taking all my pills on an empty stomach?

Unless it is mentioned on your prescription bottle, 'take on an empty stomach', as some antibiotics are taken, you should always take your meds after eating, or after breakfast.
