My dad has a portuguese passport, how can his daughter who is already married apply
    Hi
My dad has already processed his paperwork inorder to apply for the portuguese passport. I am his daughter. I am married with one child. After marriage my surname has changed.
What papers do I need inoder to apply for the portuguese passport for myself, husband and child?

Your farher was born in Portugal, so you can apply for a passport as well by producing your birth certificate showing your father was born there; if you were born there, then your can get a passport for your daughter as well, but not your husband unless he has at least one parent born in Portugal.

Thnks you have been very helpful.
But just two more questions- my daughter has a different surname i.e. of my husband. Will that be a problem?
And about my husband his parents were not born in portugal. Is there no other way out for him?
