OK so I'm not sure how to go about this but I don't know what else to do. Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 years and 3 weeks ago he went to visit his family, and on his way up there he was talking about coming home and trying to have a baby or get married and just super cute thing but after he arrived at his dad's he wouldn't talk or call so I had to call his dad's house phone and he was on for maybe a minute promised he'd call then never did, he told me he'd be home in 3 days and I finally got a text from him a week later saying that he couldn't come back because of how bad the last fight was that we got in and that he was sorry but he couldn't hurt me anymore. I was so confused when I got that message yes we had been in a very bad fight but I love him so much I'm done fighting I told him that if I upset him I'm going to do something nice for him to make up for it like rub his feet or his back, and if he was to upset me he has to run me a bath or wash my hair those kind of things now we have been talking and he's not sure if he really wants to come home we both know we can't keep doing the fighting but we talk everyday but only through texts cause he thinks that something might happen if we call one another and end up fighting and I can forgive him for not coming home or talking but how do I get him to come home he told me that he still wants me to be the mother of his unborn children and he tells me he loves me everyday and that he wants to be together still but he just won't come home so if anyone can give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated I just want him to come home I love him so much that I'm willing to do just about anything it takes for him to be back in my arms again

How old are the two of you?

The way he has behaved makes no sense unless he has found someone else where he is.
This just sounds strange to me. Let him stay gone if he does not have the guts to talk to you after three years instead of texting.

I'm 20 and he's 22 and I have no idea sounded like he had someone else over there but he was a virgin when I met him and we took a break last year so he could go see what else was out there and at a party a girl kissed him and he started crying and told me he wanted to just come home and be with me so I'm really not sure

Now where we lived I did have to have my dad move in because he can't well won't stop drinking and is dying from it and that put a lot of stress on everyone and I found out I'm moving and now he's talking about coming back and living with me just the 2 of us and I told him no not until he can prove he's not going to just up and run next time things get stressful

Sounds like he's unstable, maybe he doesn't know what he wants. It's hard to prove that too. Make him wait, make him want it. If he does he'll stick around, try take contorl of the situation chances are it'll turn out better for you.

That is good. Don't let him come back like nothing happened. He owes you an explanation for one thing and he can't just start disappearing and then you take him back.

Won't call, he has issues. So he will not answer the phone when you call ?

At some point it is not what he wants, or thinks, if you want to talk to him, dial the number and call.

Nope won't call and won't answer when I try to call I texted and asked him why he won't and he says he doesn't know what to say but he'll text me all day I finally had to tell him that enough is enough and that if he really wants to be with me or live with me he better pick up that phone and start talking
