A month ago I had been out in the car shopping, bought it home took it indoors and then realised I had forgotten something, when I got back in the car the first thing I noticed. Was that the passenger seat belt was firmly done up, and across the back of the seat, thought it very strange and tried to logically think it through, did not come to any answers so dismissed it, the next day my partner died suddenly from a massive heart attack, now I think it was telling me I would now be alone...

Sorry for your loss but I wouldn't read into it quite like that.

I am so sorry for your loss. There is no way to tell, perhaps a early way of saying good bye. Think of the best of it.
