Not much to go on other than 'rough' but I wouldn't worry too much if the bleeding stopped soon and the pain goes away. It sounds like you broke a tiny blood vessel, it hurt when urine went by it, and you were sore in general from being rough on yourself. Answer back if there are problems again. Try to find an object you can be rough with other than your penis.
