What letter do I need in order to have a Bankruptcy removed
    Greetings
I am new to this site.. but I have a problem. I hired someone to have a bankruptcy removed from my credit report and to no avail it was not done. What letter(s) and who do I write in order to have this removed. Are there any laws that I should include within the letter. If so please forward this information to me asap.

    Hello sew:

Bankruptcy stays on your credit report for 10 years. There isn't a letter that will get it off. There just isn't.

Yes, I will note there are many fake and illegal programs that offer to clean up and clear up your credit, what they really do is separate people from their money.

True and real credit items can't be taken off. So if you really went bankrupt, then it stays on there for 10 years from the date of final discharge. ( so on a chapter 13 it can really show up for almost 13 years)

On some debts, you can challenge the debt and if the company does not respond those debts can be taken off. ( so some companies show this as cleaning your record)

So what you need to do is find a letter to sue for your money back any company that offered to get rid of it for you.

    You can't
