Im 28 weeks pregnant and have had diarrhea and vomiting for days!
I don't know why I have gotten diarrhea and vomiting but its been like this for about 3 days already and will not stop. I'm very concerned because not only is it that but I have been feeling very tired and weak along with very sharp pains throughout my lower back and comes towards the front on my lower abdomen. I was thinking maybe its those known Braxton Hicks Contractions but they get really sharp and painful. I'm not going into labor because last time I saw my doctor I'm not dilating. So I'm very concerned and if anyone knows what could be the cause or how I can treat this please let me know, your help is very much needed! Thank you

If you have had diarrhea and vomiting, you need to seek medical attention. You see pregnant women tend to get dehydrated easier than non-pregnant women. You NEED to be hydrated otherwise you could go into premature labor.

It would be best to avoid milk or juice then.
