I was filling up my children's pool today and the water began looking cloudy. Now it just looks like muddy water. I checked my tub and toilet water which is also a brown color. Any ideas?

Do you have a filter? Usually they plug up before letting muddy water through. Depending on the water table, the well could have collapsed or you are sucking mud from the bottom the well. Possible solution would be to raise the pump or foot valve depending on what type of pump you have.
