Unless your mother in law is a physician I'd ignore her.

"We" can't see you so "we" don't know if you are too low or not.

This sounds like an old wives tale, anyway.

"Too low" meaning what? (I won't tell you the old wives' tales my mil filled me in on when I was pregnant... )

Let me put it this way. You should be seeing your OB/GYN regularly at this point. So you ask at your next visit. I don't think it worth a special visit, but can wait for the next one.

It looks normal to me. Every woman holds differently depending on their body. I wouldn't worry about it but you can always ask at your next appointment.

Every woman carries differently, every pregnancy is different. Looks pretty normal to me, and I'm an OB nurse.
