Could you please help me to have better idea on how to claim my income tax refund and have at-least approximation on the total for which will I get?

I had been been working with my previous company from December 5, 2011 to June 8, 2012.
My Total tax Withheld is $13,827..

If you received a paycheck in 2011 then you should have received a W2 form in January 2012 to use in preparing your 2011 taxes. But since you don't mention this I wonder if perhaps your first paycheck wasn't issued until January 2012? In January 2013 you should receive a W2 to document your 2012 wages and tax withholding. Use the data from that to prepare your 2012 tax return. It's impossible for us to predict how much of the tax withheld you will get back, if any, as your total tax bill depends on factors such as total income, your filing status, and amount of deductions or credits you may have.
