1996 dodge ram 1500 washed down the engine now will not start replaced the crank sensor pickup coil cap and rotor plugs and wires checked the timing has fuel spark but will not start help

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Remove and have the alternator tested.

. Verify that the CEL comes on and goes off normally--the PCM may have shorted out.
