Hi, I have a Kenmore model 10660939901. I've been out of town and it turned out that the electricity in my apartment was off for about a week. I came back to a smelly apartment. I clean out the refrigerator throw away particularly everything from the refrigerator but still getting a very foul smell. The smell seem to be internal, meaning not the inside of the refrigerator it self, but possibly drain pan. My question is how do I located this awful smell, someone please helped, I can't take a day of this smell.

Buy some kind of mold and mildew cleaner and wipe the inside, freezer too. Then buy two boxes of baking soda and place in frig and freezer, replace the baking soda every month. See if you can pull off the grill on the bottom of the unit off to access the drain pan might not even have one. If you do make sure to clean it too.
