    Statute of limitations for divorce
My husband and I are going through a para legal for our divorce in the state of California. I received the notice of intent 1 year ago and he has not followed through with the rest of the paperwork because he isn't sure he wants the divorce. My question is: Is there a statue of limitations on when this needs to have been done. Do I have to file again or will we be in limbo until he signs the original papers? This divorce should have been final in December 2001.

December 2001? Do you mean 2011?
