My son father took him for the week,the week pass now he is giving me but's ,I took piity for he can spend time with my son but now I am afraid that he will not bring him back. What should I do.

What does the Court Order say about visitation?

I took him to court but they told me I didn't had to take him he should be taking me to court but he hasn't done it yet .I just did it because he was begging me .

I don't know what you are saying. You took the father to Court about custody (and usually support) and the Court told you to wait until HE files for visitaton? Highly unusual.

Anyway - if there is no Court Order you both have equal rights to the child. At the moment the father has control over the situation. The Police won't get involved because there is no Court Order.

If the child isn't returned you need to go to Court immediately.

I am going to court bright and early to do the court order.

I don't see that you have full custody. Do you have a custody Order?

You can always try to pick your son up but if there is no Order and the father says no then you have a problem.
