I'm 30 years old and 17 weeks &4 days pregnant, I have been having persistent headaches since June 19th. I will have the worst headache for 3 to 5 days in a row with only 1 to 2 days in between where it subsides. Along with these bad headaches I have started swelling around my ankles feet & legs, hands & puffy face. Also I feel really sick with flu like symptoms but no fever, nothing I do helps. I take tylenol it don't work, I try home remedies, nothing. What should I do

What does your Doctor say about taking Tylenol and other home remedies and the headaches?

This could be a problem or not - you need to find out.

I've gone to the doctor & they say the only thing I'm allowed to take is tylenol, & they just keep telling me to put cold & warm compresses on my neck take warm showers for the headaches, & elevate my feet & rest for the swelling. My normal blood pressure for me is 101/87-103/82 but for the last two weeks its been 121/90, I know they consider that to still be normal range but not for me I usually have a low bp do top me this is a slight elevation. Plus I've suddenly gained 7lbs in two weeks, it seems like they really aren't interested in doing anything. I feel completely miserable. So bad I don't even want to be pregnant any more & they tell me there's nothing they can do come on.REALLY.

What would I do? I'd find a second Physician OR go to the ER.
