You can't make a "bubble butt" but if you have one you can firm it up with the right cardio exercise, weight training (squats, deadlifts), a threadmill workout, walking, swimming, and a good diet. Are you underweight, ( you want thick legs?) there's a lot more infor needed on that subject. :)Quote:
