    Drivers license are often limited to either 3 or 7 years not as much by SOL but by practice.

    Also the term SOL does no apply, SOL is the time from when a act is committed to when criminal or civil action can happen.

    But criminal history is not like credit reports, things do not just drop off.

    Next it is federal, all states give their info to the federal government where it is keep in a National Data base, it will show up 40 years from now. Unless sealed or expunged.
