My cat is a female she is 10 months old. And hasn't been fixed yet. She pees everywhere on my dresser in the bathtub. On the floor. Why is she doing this. Is it because she's not fixed.

She very possibly has a bladder infection and is feeling very miserable. Please take her in to be spayed and get this checked at the same time.

I agree with Wondergirl, it might be an infection, or boredom, or "If you don't let me mate, I'll pee everywhere" syndrome. But fixing is the best solution as it makes them calm down and have less attitude.
