We owe $20k on a mobile home worth half that much. It is being rented on someone else's property. The tenants are not paying rent and I'm financially exhausted from paying it for them. Do I go through the trouble of evicting and spending more money to move it or am I better off telling the tenants we are stopping payments and that it will be repo'd? This is in the great state of Alabama.
