Trying to find the name of a movie I saw a few years back. Setting is NY? Maybe chicago but it is a big city like that. Takes place in late 70s or 80s. There's this guy who goes out late in the night and all kinds of crazy stuff happens to him. He has a 20 dollar bill left in his wallet for the cab ride home and it blows away or gets stolen. Later towards the end he goes into this apartment building and sees his 20 in a mache statue. He breaks it takes the 20 and goes home. He was wearing a suit through the movie and there was a pretty woman in the movie too. Kind of dark comedy.. I thought it was called "A NY Odyssey" but I can't find anything in a Google search.
