    Yes you can.

There are plenty of sperm in pre-ejaculate to get you pregnant.

Even when using birth control, pregnancy is possible. Even if you use 3 or more forms of birth control, pregnancy is possible.

The only form of birth control that's 100% is abstinence. The pull out method, or what you're doing, isn't even considered a form of birth control. We call what you're doing "trying to conceive".

Now you get to play the waiting game, and do some research so that if you get lucky, you'll be more prepared the next time. There's no such thing as safe sex, but there is much safer sex than what you're doing.

So you wouldn't mind a pregnancy right now? Or are you looking for advice on a form of birth control?

I can tell you that if you continue having unprotected sex, which is what you're doing, then pregnancy is inevitable, it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.

If you have unprotected sex you cab take the day after pill. But if it was along time ago you need to go see the doctor.

The morning after pill is okay for an accidental incident, but the OP is married. If she wants to help avoid pregnancy she'll have to find a better form of birth control than the morning after pill.
