Problem with Intertherm Furnace, blower stays on all the time
I have a intertherm furnace and the blower motor stay on even if I shut it off at the stat, the only way I can shut the motor off is at the breaker. I think the fan limit on the furnace is bad, can some one enlighten me

You are correct or close to it. Turn off power to the furnace and check the thermal disc's to see if there is a very small red or black reset button in the center of one of them between the electrical connection tabs. (NOTE this safety device might be located in the blower area especially on a down flow unit in a mobile home.) Some models had this feature and when the thermal disc sensed a overheat condition it would trip the reset button AND make the blower run all the time to help keep the combustion chamber from melt down.

It could also be a stuck fan relay etc. A electric test meter will be your best friend for finding the defective part on your furnace. Good luck.
