    Doctor filled out FMLA paper work wrong
    How do I get paid for being out of work if my doctor filled out
    My FMAL paper work wrong I was denied my leave and my job gave me points for being out. The doctor gave me a doctor note from june7 until 25 help me please. Could not get my state disable

    Go back to the Doctor and ask him for a corrected note.

    My job said there is

    Your job is wrong. If you qualify for benefits and cannot collect because a Physician made an error you have the right to correct the error.

    Where is this? In the US?
