Hi,

We recently moved our washer /dryer and after reinstalling the washer I find that the washer would not fill water - the drum starts spinning without any water - made sure that the valves are open but no water I the washer.

You pop the top and you will see the water inlet valves. The screens could be stopped up, or the solenoid coil may be open, or there could be trash in an orifice on the diaphragm. You may have to buy a new solenoid if it reads open on an ohm meter or if it's good you can disassemble the valve and clean it out.
