Hi! I'm going to do a complete remodel of my bathroomand I'm wondering if the layout I've come up with will work. I appreciate any help and insight!!

The toilet is effectively unvented in your diagram. The 3"x2" wye fitting that needs to come off the toilet drain needs to roll above the centerline of the toilet drain to be a WET VENT (or an individual vent).

Both sinks need to be vented... can both come off the 2" wet vent, but both must be vented.

Otherwise, pretty good!

I think I'll be able to run both sink drains directly off the wet vent (like the drawing), but I'm a little confused about what your saying about the toilet drain. Are you saying that I'll need to rotate the fitting at the end of the 3 inch drain so that the entire run of the 2" drain is above the centerline of the 3" drain and that will be an effective wet vent? Or, would it be better to run a dry vent up the wall directly in front of the toilet attached to that section of 3" drain. Thanks for all the help, really appricieate it!

Shows a long sweep elbow instead of the wye

Shows the 3x2 wye rolled above the centerline of the drain... 2" continues to pitch up from there (1/4" pitch per foot of pipe).

The sink drains/vent should come off a pipe centered between the 2 sinks... use a double sanitary tee fitting to pick up both sinks.

That all make sense?
