I have joint custody and I'm paying child support. My daughter is going out of state to college (with some aid) but the mother & I are paying the rest. Do I still send child support payments to the mother for my daughter?

Yes, and just hope it gets applied for the proper purpose.

If the child support order doesn't require you to contribute toward the college expenses, you should consider having the court re-adjust your CS so as to account for this.
