    York outdoor condenser unit fuses
3 days ago there was a storm and my power flipped off twice. My outdoor condenser seemed to go down at that time. I checked breaker in garage and it was off. I turned back on but my outside central AC condensor/compressor unit (York) is not turning on at all. When I switch on the thermostat, the blower in the basement starts running and air is coming through the vents, but the outside unit is not turning on at all, so there is no cool air.
    1) Is the likely problem a blown fuse in the outside unit?
    2) Is there a high/low pressure reset button on this York Unit? The unit tag is confusing because some characters appear to be backward letters and/or numbers so I cannot say for sure what the model number is even by looking at it.
    3) How do I begin to ascertain which new replacement unit will work the best with the central unit that I have and/or is equivalent to the existing condenser that I have now if the model number is intentionally missleading or confusing? There is no tonnage measurement on side label, just says 208/230 and 60 hz and some high/low pressure figures GPSI or something similar.
