I need to turn temporary guardianship of my two children over to my parents due to a finical situation I am having now, how can I do that with out having to deal with courts

What is the status of the chldren's other parent? Are you married, divorced, never married & not living together, or what?

You can probably delegate your custodial rights to your parents, but that would be ineffective against the other parent's custodial rights, if any.
