Hey, If you are on the Contraceptive pill.. and miss it for three day because the pack ran out, and then you get a new pack and have unprotected sex 2 days after being on the pill again, are you still protected?

First the word protected is some what misleading. The pill is not 100 percent effective even when taken as you should. So even just using the pill you can still get pregnant, happens every month. If you miss your pills or do not take them properly, it lowers its effectiveness.

So it still helps just not as much.

So if you are not wanting to become pregnant, even if you use the pills, you should still be using condoms and even then every once in a while, you can still get pregnant.
