5days ago I shaved underatms and got slight razor rash after putting an antiperspirent under my arms this deep red rash and slight peeling has occurred what can I use to heal it it hurts!!

I read on the internet about one person that tried using many different lotions and oils but nothing worked. So they did a sea salt soak and got a dixie cup and put in enough sea salt to lightly coat the bottom of the cup, and then filled it with hot water. Then used a cutip to spread the water on their underarms.They said it stung pretty bad for a few minutes, but when they looked at there underarms 5 minutes later most of the bumps were completely gone, and the worst ones were tiny and barely there!
